Co-Founder & InstructorLisa Zaloga is the co-owner of WAVE Wellness and the creator of WAVE Length. Her transformative yoga practice blends breath, alignment, and mindful movement. With 25 years of teaching experience, Lisa has developed a unique style of Vinyasa Yoga that seamlessly integrates the precision of Iyengar and the dynamic flow of Ashtanga, offering students a deeply rooted practice in both movement and mindfulness.
Her classes are thoughtfully themed, providing a perfect balance of instruction and flow. Lisa fosters a supportive, non-judgmental environment where students can learn and grow at their own pace, exploring "how to" deepen their practice while maintaining fluidity throughout.
Set to the backbeat of today's greatest music, Lisa's WAVE FLOW is more than just a vinyasa yoga class... it's an EXPERIENCE!
As a sought-after teacher, Lisa leads workshops, continuing education programs, and teacher trainings internationally. She has had the honor of presenting at prestigious events, including the Yoga Journal Conference, and is passionate about sharing her knowledge and experience with students and teachers around the world.

InstructorSabrina Manglaviti is a NASM-certified trainer and group fitness instructor with a passion for movement and joy. With a background in Pilates, spin, pre/postnatal fitness, and dance, she brings energy and fun to every class. Known for her love of international rhythms and focus on proper form, Sabrina helps clients boost their mood, stay active, and embrace longevity through fitness.

InstructorHolly Corey is a native New Yorker with a passion for an athletic healthy lifestyle. Promoting a lifestyle rich in self-love, self-care and inspiration. She was a competitive gymnast in her youth and now a yoga and fitness instructor specializing in core stability, balance, and flexibility. Holly's approach is an athletic style of yoga and cross training that combines her enthusiasm and love of music with a knowledge of alignment and body mechanics. Her goal is to help her students attain their fitness goals while having fun and staying safe.

InstructorSean Jones is a health coach, and passionate advocate for holistic health. With over 12 years of experience in meditation, yoga, qi gong, breathwork, nutrition, fitness, and energy healing, his mission is to build a Healthy Nation by offering transformative solutions to mental health challenges and human optimization.
Sean’s work is deeply rooted in his own personal journey—he overcame chronic illness, drug addiction, and the negative effects of the Standard American Diet (SAD). This transformation fuels his dedication to helping others reclaim their health and vitality.
With thousands of hours of training, Sean is continuing his studies in natural medicine under a Naturopathic Doctor in NYC. He holds a Level 1 certification from Unbeatable Mind Academy and trained in Qi Gong and Tai Chi with Lee Holden in 2017. He has also taught Qi Gong and energy healing at the Omega Institute for Holistic Studies and is a Reiki Master, trained under Brett Bevell.
As a teacher, speaker, and coach, Sean combines his expertise in breathwork, energy healing, and mindful movement to guide individuals toward optimal health, healing, and well-being.

InstructorRachel Feldman is a certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor, pre-and post natal exercise specialist and prenatal yoga teacher. Working with clients all over the East End since 2011. She focuses on functional movement and body awareness. Creating mindful movement to increase strength, decrease pain, improve overall well being and connect mind and body. Her classes are are accessible to everyone, challenging and encouraging leaving you feeling good physically and mentally.

InstructorChristine Panico completed her 200HR Yoga Certification through Mandala Yoga Center for Healing Arts in June 2020. She creatively adapts her classes and sessions for clients of all ages, from toddlers to 95 (and everything in between). Her experience has grown to include Prenatal Yoga and creating an adaptive yoga class designed to help people with neuropathies for the HNF & CMT communities for an exercise program called Movement Is Medicine.
She finds being able to use yoga to help people who may be limited by injury or other physical ailment to be the most rewarding part of her journey as an instructor so far. She believes that a careful warm-up and stretch, with guided breath, is required to safely move in and out of postures. She integrates sound bowls, chimes, incense and essential oils in her classes.

InstructorAmy is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and certified Pilates instructor from New York City. Her passion for somatic movement began in childhood through dance and deepened as a teenager when her mom introduced her to Pilates.
With a Doctorate from Stony Brook University, Amy blends clinical expertise with the mindful movement principles of dance and Pilates, focusing on body harmony. Her fitness philosophy emphasizes strength, flexibility, and mobility, offering personalized services like, private stretch sessions, group Pilates, and physical therapy evaluations.
Amy’s classes are designed for all fitness levels, ensuring a safe and empowering experience tailored to each client’s goals. She values community and builds long-term relationships with clients to support their ongoing wellness journey.

InstructorKatia is a personal trainer and group fitness instructor with a background in strength and conditioning, yoga and pilates. She is also a board certified health coach specializing in women's health. Katia's classes focus on building a strong core, teaching proper alignment and she believes that fitness should be accessible and enjoyable to everyone!

InstructorAlessandra is a seasoned practitioner with over 10 years of experience in holistic healing, specializing in sound frequency therapy. She is an expert in stress and anxiety management, trauma recovery, and energy balancing.
She leads both group and individual sound baths and is excited to facilitate 'SoundWAVE' in Southampton. Alessandra is also a certified Reiki Master, trauma-informed coach, and restorative yoga instructor.

Massage TherapistAs a graduate of the new College of Health Professions and involved in ongoing educational training, Alana’s goal 27 years ago was not just to give excellent massages for people looking to heal, but to have them understand how to “listen” to their bodies, take care of themselves and seek the necessary forms of Wellness for optimal physical and mental health. Alana continued her education and is MLD (manual lymphatic drainage) certified.
Using her training in Neuromuscular massage therapy she addresses specific trauma, repetitive movements that can cause wear and tear and unhealthy posture.
From working with surgeons for post-surgical care and treating athletes pre and post training, she has never stopped learning in order to provide her clients with the quality service and care they deserve.

Massage TherapistCharles is a graduate of New York college where he receive my degree for massage therapy, before becoming a New York State licensed massage therapist (LMT).
It was an accident, which caused a lower back injury, that drew him to the proffesion. In seeking pain relief, massage therapy was the main modality that hastened his recovery and on the road to feeling better. He was a first-hand witness of the healing power of touch and why he is dedicated and passionate about healing others. Charles has a wide variety of skills including acupressure, Swedish, stretch therapy, and deep tissue.

Massage TherapistAlexandra graduated from the Swedish Institute College of Health Sciences and has been practicing massage therapy for over 20 years. Her approach to a massage session involves a holistic integration of various modalities such as Swedish massage, Deep tissue massage, Trigger point and Reflexology.
Every client is unique and Alexandra plans each massage to reflect her client’s needs. Her goal is to bring clients to an optimal state of wellness and relaxation.

InstructorFor the past 25 years, Patience Cogar-Stevens has worn many hats in the wellness and fitness industries including licensed esthetician, pilates studio owner, fitness manager, exercise and pilates instructor, Ironman triathlete and even Olympic trails swim coach. Wellness for Patience isn't just her profession, but her passion!
Patience has worked as an esthetician for the past six years in both Colorado and New York and is a graduate of the Denver School of Botanical & Medical Aesthetics. Patience also has a BS in Health and Wellness Promotions from McNeese State in her native state of Louisiana.

She is an intuitive Transformation Coach, a PSYCH-K® & Emotion Code Facilitator and Subconscious Specialist. She has a Psychology degree from the UMASS at Amherst and Life Coaching Certification from IPEC in New York City. She has completed the Basic, Advanced and Health & Wellness PSYCH-K™ trainings in NYC.
