  • Using ankle and wrist weights you'll flow through a full-body-burning class that blends pilates, yoga and strengthening exercises while focusing on core activation, proper alignment and overall toning to create a sweaty experience that lifts your body and mind.

  • Using hand-weights and body-weight resistance you'll increase bone density, prevent injury, strengthen muscles and propel cardiovascular health with a full body workout that blends fitness modalities and teaches proper form to get you sweaty and keep you strong.

You’ll begin with a brief introduction to the science behind cold plunging and its many benefits, including improved circulation, enhanced immune function, reduced inflammation, and increased mental resilience.

    After this foundation, we’ll guide you through a focused breathwork practice that primes your body for the cold, helping to activate your parasympathetic nervous system and improve circulation. This intentional breathing technique will not only help you manage the initial shock of cold exposure but also enhance your ability to stay calm, present, and empowered during your plunge.

    The session culminates with a coached cold plunge, where you'll be supported throughout the experience with personalized guidance to ensure you remain grounded and resilient. Whether you're new to cold plunging or a seasoned enthusiast, this semi-private session provides a safe, supportive environment to experience the full benefits of cold exposure.

    Tailored to meet the unique energy of the group, SoundWAVE offers a customized experience that invites you to reconnect with your true essence. As the waves of sound wash over you, you'll feel grounded, refreshed, and at peace—leaving behind the noise of everyday life.

    This dynamic 30-minute breathwork session is designed to increase energy, sharpen focus, and enhance your body's ability to handle stress, all while preparing you for the ultimate (optional) cold plunge experience. Through deep, rhythmic breathing combined with periods of breath-holding, you'll stimulate the body’s natural processes, promoting greater oxygenation, improving circulation, and activating the nervous system for heightened mental clarity. These intentional breath patterns also help calm the body, increase tolerance to extreme temperatures, and boost immune function. Expect guided light movement to compliment the breath practice, in our movement studio.

    After the breathwork, we’ll seamlessly transition into a guided cold plunge (optional), where you'll apply your newfound breathing techniques to stay present, calm, and resilient in the cold. Whether you’re new to cold exposure or experienced, this transformative practice will leave you feeling empowered, refreshed, and ready to conquer the chill with confidence and clarity.

    Our studio will be open for movement and cold plunge rotation after the 30min breathwork session, making for a complete 60min experience.
